RootstockCollective is a DAO that drives the growth of Rootstock, an EVM-compatible Bitcoin sidechain. It leverages the RIF token for governance, empowering and rewarding the community.

This project rapidly transitioned from concept to reality in under six months, encompassing technical and legal aspects. My role involved leading a multidisciplinary team including developers for frontend, backend, and Solidity. Beyond development, I collaborated with key stakeholders, defined project requirements, drafted architecture diagrams, and oversaw the successful launch.

We debuted in September 2024 and within a week, achieved a half-million dollars in total value locked (TVL). Subsequently, we focused on expanding and enhancing the platform for the next phase.
